There's no much time to analyze the scoreless draw collected last Saturday in Cagliari: on Wednesday night Toro will chase their third straight positive result against a tough opponent like Fiorentina, which had a difficult start to the season but immediately bounced back to win three matches in a row.

Alberto Zaccheroni planned an afternoon closed-doors training session both on Monday and on Tuesday, and his main concern will be the evaluation of the seven injured players who missed the Sardinia trip: Abbruscato, Muzzi, Konan, Melara, Ardito, Ferrarese and Cioffi. The latter is already working with the rest of the team, wearing a protective mask in order to protect his broken cheekbone, and could even be available against the Viola (who will miss suspended Mutu).
