Nell'ottobre del 2018, a bordo di un elicottero proprio come Bryant, morì invece il presidente del Leicester Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha. L'uomo che insieme a Claudio Ranieri l'artefice del miracolo Leicester morì tragicamente in uno schianto che coinvolse il suo velivolo a ridosso del parcheggio del King Power Stadium.
